Who receives your application

What you share
Your name, email, preferred course, approximate level, the learner’s age group, optional message and application language. We also record the application date and consent version. Please do not send payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information through this form.
Why we use it
To respond personally, discuss a suitable course and agree on a group and schedule. You are not automatically subscribed to marketing emails. An application does not mean payment or automatic enrolment.
Referral information and form protection
If you follow an advertising link, its UTM tags and Facebook click identifier may be saved with your application to identify the source. A short-lived hash of the IP address is used for spam prevention; the IP itself is not stored in the application. Meta Pixel and third-party advertising analytics are not connected.
Storage and access
Applications are stored in a server-side Cloudflare D1 database within Sites infrastructure. Administration requires ChatGPT sign-in and an explicitly allowed account. Data is accessible to the teacher and necessary infrastructure providers. Applications are kept while enquiries and course arrangements are being handled; contact the teacher to request deletion.
Your choices
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing ets.course@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not undo processing carried out before your request was received.
Applications for minors
If the learner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should complete the form and supply their own contact details.
Technical settings
Form contents are not saved in browser storage. Teacher sign-in may use essential authentication cookies. This version is dated 11 September 2026.
